Majesty Restaurant Management is owned by IISC. It has been in existence since 2022 with Naranj Restaurant which is a culinary delight of Levant inspired dishes, located in heart of Kuwait which expanded from a 150 seat restaurant to a 350 seat restaurant, due to popular demand and quality inspired cuisine. Because of the demand for Naranj, it was initially thought that another Naranj would be opened.
But with careful due diligence on food and beverage in the region, Mohannad Al Ja’bar’s attention was drawn to another eating venture as he realized that there was a gap in the market for authentic street food but with an upmarket twist to it. And in 2023 Kubbeh & Kabab created. It is a fun, vibrant eatery which evokes eras of the bygone years with an eclectic mix of modern and rustic.
Thanks to his entrepreneurial vision his restaurant’s annual revenue growth is between 7-9% and because of this steady increase ambitious expansion plans are in progress to open a further 3 Kubbeh & Kabab by the end of Quarter 2 2026 and another Naranj. The group has a turnover over 1 million KWD with staff retention of over 150 employees whereby talent acquisition is a fundamental element to the success of the group and will constantly remain so.
